Check it! It’s been a busy busy week at Kilgore. In addition to loads of used comics (Preacher, Y the Last Man, 100 Bullet, The Walking Dead, tons of Batman/Gotham City stuff) we printed up new shirts – and get this folks, they’re only $6! That’s right, for six bucks, you can wear our hand-screened, made-with-love shirts. Come get ‘em (and some books!) while they’re hot. And yes, we’re open all weekend. We’re wishing happy birthday to America by sticking to our capitalistic, small-business guns.

Also, we put up a fun, obviously home-made new sign! We call it ‘Darjeeling Blue’ after the great Darjeeling limited.
We also put out a few hundred flyers – which we’ll be doing all summer – so if you’re lucky enough to stumble upon one, you get 10% off your purchase.
Lastly, it looks like Toyota is continuing their ‘test-drive-a-scion-get-a-gift-card-at-Wax-Trax’ thing they started yesterday. It’s $10 today instead of the $15 it was yesterday, BUT hey it’s free records. We’re not saying buy a Toyota, we’re just saying, get free stuff at WT.
