I’m a pretty lucky guy. I work as a teacher at a wonderful school, and my wife is also gainfully employed.
Like many others, I’ve been trying to figure out what I can do to help out artists/service workers I’m pals with, or not pals with.
I’ve exhausted Kilgore’s meager reserves helping folks out with little PayPal gifts, so I’m putting up this offer to help out further.
Until things a little more steady, every dollar we make from the sale of anything will go helping out our artists friends. If you buy $20 in books, then I’ll send $20 to someone in need. So, if there’s books you’ve been meaning to purchase, get ‘em now. I’ll ship them out, and forward your cash along to someone else.
It’s not much, but as the great Mark Vonnegut said, “We’re here to help each other get through this thing, whatever it is.”
